Luke Hobbs, agent loyal du service de sécurité diplomatique américain, et Deckard Shaw, frère d’Hattie et ancien mercenaire sans foi ni loi, sont alors réunis malgré leur rivalité pour la protéger, récupérer le virus et déjouer les plans de Brixton, dont les ambitions menacent l’équilibre mondial.
